Rental Advice was founded by a mother-and-son team from Norwich, who witnessed first-hand the frustration and confusion many renters experienced. Repeatedly, they saw how tenants and landlords struggled to access clear, impartial advice in a system that can often feel one-sided.
In response, they created Rental Advice – a place where individuals can access expert knowledge, honest support, and a safe space to talk through any rental concerns, big or small.
